UPS uninterruptible power supply engineering installation technology

1. Pre-construction preparation 

Before the equipment is installed, do a construction survey of the equipment room where the equipment is installed. The customer should ensure that the equipment room, power supply, ground line, etc. meet the necessary conditions for the construction. For the conditions that the user cannot meet when they are in fashion, they must be clearly presented to the user, and the user is required to give Solution and time. Construction technicians must have a basic understanding of the electrical principles of UPS. Before installation, obtain the installation drawings and electrical wiring drawings of the equipment room to prepare for the next installation. 

1.1 Construction site inspection 

 1.1.1 Inspection of the building conditions of the equipment room 　 

 (1) The roof and floor slabs are constructed without leakage. 　 

 (2) The doors and windows are installed, the site is clean, and the road is clear. 

 1.1.2 Environmental conditions inspection 　　 

 The lighting meets the requirements. The temperature of the equipment room must be 35 ° C, and the humidity must be ≤95% when the humidity is 20 ° C. There must be no obvious dust on the floor, especially powder with conductive properties. The air in the equipment room must not contain acid mist or other conductive media. The machine room should be equipped with qualified fire protection and lightning protection measures. 

1.1.3 Inspection of temporary power supply conditions 　 

The user shall provide temporary construction electricity for the construction site of the machine room. The temporary electricity shall be a three-phase five-wire system. 

1.1.4 Ground condition check 　　 

The ground wire from the grounding device is laid in place. 

1.2 Preparation of construction materials 　　 

Special types of work need to hold a special type of operation certificate issued by the state to apply for employment, if you need to use welding during construction, you should apply to users and owners in advance for hot operation. Construction personnel need to read the equipment “User Manual” carefully. Complete construction drawings and technical information. 

1.3 Preparation of materials and tools 　 

Materials required for construction, construction instruments, and tools are available, and inspections must be performed before use.
