9. Do not touch the battery connection terminals. The battery circuit is not isolated from the input voltage circuit, and there is a danger of high voltage between the battery terminals and ground.

Installation precautions

1. The area where the UPS is placed must be well ventilated, away from water, flammable gases and corrosives.

2. It is not suitable to measure and release. Keep the air inlet on the bottom of the front panel, the fan outlet of the rear cover fan and the air inlet on the side of the box.

3. The ambient temperature of the UPS should be maintained between 0 ° C and 40 ° C.

4. If the machine is disassembled and used at low temperature, water droplets may condense. Be sure to wait until the inside and outside of the machine are completely dry before installing and using, otherwise there is a danger of electric shock.

5. Please place the UPS near the mains input socket, so as to unplug the mains input plug and cut off the power in case of emergency.

☆ The UPS output may be live regardless of whether the input power cord is plugged into a commercial power outlet. Turning off the UPS does not guarantee that the internal components are not live. ☆ When inductive loads such as motors, displays, laser printers need to be connected, because the starting power of the operation is too large, when selecting a UPS, the capacity should be calculated based on the starting power. The starting power is generally twice the rated power.

Third, maintenance and upkeep

The standard model's battery is valve-regulated, low-maintenance, and only needs to be constantly charged for life expectancy. When connected to the mains, the UPS always charges the battery regardless of whether it is turned on or not, and provides overcharge and overdischarge protection functions

If the UPS is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it every four to six months.

Under normal circumstances, the battery has a service life of three to five years, and if it is found to be in poor condition, it must be replaced early. When replacing the battery, it must be performed by a professional.

The battery should not be replaced individually. Follow the battery supplier's instructions when replacing the battery as a whole.

Under normal conditions, the battery is charged and discharged every four to six months, and it is charged after discharging to shutdown, and the charging time of the standard machine must not be less than 12 hours.

In high temperature areas, the battery is charged and discharged every two months, and the standard machine must be charged for at least 12 hours at a time.
